What You’ll Do
Run your own section confidently during service
Lead when senior chefs are off
Support and guide junior team members
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
Follow strict HACCP and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a CDP in a fresh food kitchen
Exposure to Rosette or quality-led kitchens preferred
Confident leading during busy service
Strong organisation and food safety knowledge
Ambition to step into Junior Sous responsibility
