Chef De Partie

Experienced Chef de Partie needed for a large hotel and restaurant near Truro.

You will be capable of running your own section, creating specials and supporting the junior team members.

Working hours are 5 over 7, and will include evenings and weekends. Straight shifts only.

This is a high volume venue, so previous experience in a similar role is essential.

45 hour working week, with all over time paid on an hourly basis.
