About the Role:

Position: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week)

Shifts: Includes evening and alternate weekend shifts on a rota basis (please refer to example rota for details).

Variety: Workload varies throughout the academic year, with opportunities to cater for conferences, weddings, and special events.

About You:

Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery (minimum).

Passion for Food: A love for food and cookery, with an eagerness to bring creativity to the role.

Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Knowledge: Familiarity with food law and allergen information.
