We are working with a well-regarded hotel in Cornwall that takes real pride in producing high-quality food using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. They are now looking to bring in a reliable and skilled Chef de Partie to strengthen their kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with quality produce, takes ownership of their section, and thrives in a collaborative kitchen environment—particularly when delivering functions and weddings.
The Role:

Running your own section with confidence and consistency
*
Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
*
Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services, events, and weddings
*
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
*
Working closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to step up
*
Ability to work independently on a section
*
A team player with a positive and proactive approach
*
Experience working in hotels or busy kitchens with functions/events is advantageous
*
Passion for quality food and local produce
