We're recruiting for a talented CDP to join a popular waterfront restaurant in Southampton, serving fresh, seasonal dishes with international influences. Working alongside a skilled team of chefs, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef de partie who is looking to develop their skills and progress into a Junior Sous Chef position.
What's on Offer?
* Salary up to £35,000
* £3,000-£4,000 per year in tips and service charge
* Genuine progression opportunity to Junior Sous Chef

The Role:
* Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes across multiple sections
* Work with fresh ingredients to maintain consistently high standards
* Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
* Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards are maintained at all times
* Help drive quality and consistency during busy service periods
Hours:
* 5 days out of 7, straight shifts
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, demi chef de partie or strong Commis Chef ready for the next step
* Fresh food background preferred
* Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment
* Strong team player with a positive attitude
* Passion for food, quality and continuous development
* Ambition to progress within a growing kitchen team
