Hours: 48 hours per week, over 5 days

About Us

Our client is seeking to employ an experienced chef to join their small team working as chef de partie. In this intimate, high-quality dining destination focused on delivering refined, your focus will be on seasonal dishes with a strong emphasis on technique, flavour, and presentation. The kitchen operates with a close-knit team of three chefs, ensuring a collaborative and highly skilled working environment.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join our small, dedicated brigade. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will take ownership of your section and play a key role in maintaining the high standards expected in a fine dining setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and run a designated section of the kitchen with precision and consistency

* Prepare, cook, and present disAhes to a high standard in line with the restaurant’s ethos

* Support menu development and contribute creative ideas where appropriate

* Maintain exceptional hygiene and food safety standards

* Work efficiently as part of a small team, ensuring smooth service at all times

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a rosette-awarded or fine dining environment

* Strong technical skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

* Passion for high-quality ingredients and modern cooking techniques

* A positive attitude and strong team ethic
