We require a chef for a Residential care home for elderly residents.
Cooking english cuisine for around 18-20 residents
Plan balanced, nutrious menu's tailored to elderly residents.
Accomodate Special Dietry needs
Prepare and cook Breakfast Lunch and Dinner
Modify Textures (chopped, mashed pureed foods) when needed
Ensure Meals are appetising, varied and cultural appropiate
Follow strict food hygiene standards
Order food supplies and maange stock levels
Engage with residents
This is a full time permanent vacancy working 5 days a week 7am-3pm, some weekends will be required
