Interaction Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to join a busy kitchen team in Witney. Whether you're looking for full-time weekday work or part-time weekend shifts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Pay Rates:
£13.45 per hour – Monday to Friday
£15.00 per hour – Weekends and Bank Holidays
⏰ Working Hours:
Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Weekends & Bank Holidays: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break.
What will you be doing?
Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and menu service.
Serving customers and making coffees.
Assisting with front-of-house duties when required.
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety and presentation.
Following allergen procedures and food safety guidelines.
Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and well stocked.
Washing pots and supporting the team to keep everything running smoothly.
✅ What we're looking for:
A positive, hardworking and team-focused attitude.
An understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation.
Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy environment.
Allergen training, or a willingness to complete the necessary training.
Catering or hospitality experience would be beneficial.
