Overview
You will provide proactive, multi-skilled maintenance support to Co-op stores, following company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with KPIs.
Report any issues that can’t be repaired and suggest alternatives.
Inform store managers of any maintenance problems affecting operations.
Carry out small alterations or installations as required.
Perform general repairs (e.g., building fabric, shelving, signage).
Keep accurate records of time sheets and mileage.
Work with colleagues to maintain high quality standards.
Follow all health & safety procedures and ensure safe working practices.
Attend training courses to stay up to date with technical skills
