We’re seeking an experienced Caretaker/Handyman to handle maintenance and repairs in educational and healthcare facilities. If you're practical, reliable, and proactive, we’d love to hear from you!
Pay: £13.50 - £15.50 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
General maintenance (plumbing, electrical, repairs, painting)
Responding to urgent maintenance requests
Ensuring buildings are safe and functional
Requirements:
✅ Previous maintenance experience
✅ Practical skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
✅ DBS check preferred (we can assist)
✅ Problem-solving and communication skills
