We are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in Camden. This role requires a full UK driving licesne

Monday – Friday

08:00am - 16:00pm

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - £17.77ph paye

Job Purpose

* Carry out basic maintenance tasks (e.g. minor repairs, painting, fixing fixtures, unblocking drains)

* Assist skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work

* Respond to reactive maintenance issues and faults within the building

* Ensure buildings and equipment are kept in safe working condition
