Interim Caretaker
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Interim Caretaker to support the day-to-day maintenance and security of a college in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opening and locking the premises
* Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks
* Ensuring the site is clean, safe, and secure
* Responding to urgent maintenance issues as required
* Supporting health and safety procedures
Requirements:
* Previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Enhanced DBS check
* Good practical skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
This is a temporary/interim position with an immediate start.
