We're working with a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) in Lambeth, seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join their friendly estate services team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
The Role
As a Caretaker, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of residential estates and communal areas. You'll carry out general cleaning, basic maintenance, and health and safety checks while providing a helpful and approachable presence for residents.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain communal areas, bin stores, walkways, and outdoor spaces.
Carry out basic maintenance and minor repairs such as painting, replacing fixtures, and signage.
Report repairs and health & safety issues promptly to the relevant teams.
Support contractors and residents on site when required.
Lock/unlock premises and ensure estate security procedures are followed.
Maintain high standards of presentation and uphold a positive image of the estate.
Key Skills
Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
Strong practical skills in cleaning and minor maintenance.
Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
