We are in urgent need of a top notch, experienced, hands-on Caretaker to work at a lovely residential development in Watford. Your main duties will include sweeping, litter picking, rotating and pulling bins out for refuse collection, cleaning and disinfecting bin stores, logging and reporting any incidents of disrepair immediately to the Managing Agent, including all building defects, plumbing, heating and lighting defects, and carrying out any maintenance work such as minor repairs, gardening, painting and changing light bulbs etc. The successful candidate will have direct experience from working as a Caretaker, good manual dexterity, excellent communication and customer service skills, a good knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH, and basic experience in painting & decorating, gardening etc. Position available immediately
