The Role - Caretaker
Seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to support a multi-site specialist provision across Bromley and Orpington. You will be responsible for opening and closing the premises, carrying out basic maintenance and repairs, completing health & safety checks, setting up rooms and ensuring the sites remain safe, clean and secure. The role also involves regularly driving between the Bromley and Orpington sites to transport resources, complete site checks and provide operational support where needed. A hands-on approach and strong time management skills are essential.
