Caretaker

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our team based in Sutton.

Location: Carshalton Road, Sutton, Greater London, SM1 4LE
Contract: 3-month +
Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay: £16.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

* Cleaning and maintaining communal areas to a high standard

* Carrying out basic caretaking and site duties

* Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times

* Reporting repairs, hazards, or issues as required

* Supporting residents and staff with day-to-day site needs

Requirements:

* Previous caretaking and/or cleaning experience

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Good understanding of health and safety practices

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
