Caretaker

We are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in the Cheshire area. This role requires a full UK Driving license

Monday – Friday

06:30am - 14:30pm

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - £13.45h ph paye

Job Purpose

* Open and lock buildings at scheduled times

* Carry out regular site inspections and report defects

* Minor repairs and basic maintenance (e.g. replacing light bulbs, fixing door handles)

* Monitor and maintain outdoor areas (paths, car parks, waste areas)

* Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
