What you'll be doing
As a Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes to live independently while maintaining their dignity and quality of life.
Your role may include:
Personal care and assisting with daily routines
Preparing meals and drinks
Supporting with medication
Helping with shopping and household tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
Following personalised care plans and maintaining accurate records
No two days are the same, but every visit makes a genuine difference to someone's life.
What we're looking for
We're looking for caring, reliable people who want to make a positive impact.
You'll need:
A caring and compassionate nature
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A Full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Good communication skills
Reliability and professionalism
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
