I am currently working with a secondary school in the East London area who are seeking a Careers Officer for a fixed-term role.
The school is looking for a candidate with relevant experience in careers education or youth guidance; however, applications from individuals with transferable skills and experience working with young people will also be considered.

About the Role:
As an Aspirations and Achievements Officer, you will work with students across Years 7 to 11, supporting their future pathways through careers guidance, structured activities, and external engagement. The role involves organising events, coordinating with employers and providers, and helping students make informed decisions about their post-16 options.
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
Experience in careers education, youth guidance, or a related field
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience working with secondary-aged students
Ability to deliver engaging careers guidance and aspiration activities
Experience coordinating employer and provider engagement
Understanding of post-16 pathways and transition planning
A proactive and supportive approach to student development
