Agency Care Assistant – Dudley & Brierley Hill

Looking for care shifts that work around your life? Austin Dean Recruitment is looking for experienced Care Assistants to support residents in Brierley Hill and the wider Dudley area.
You’ll be part of a care team that helps residents feel comfortable, respected and supported. If you enjoy building connections with people and making their day a little better, we’d love to hear from you.
Shifts may include:
* Early: 07:30–14:00 or 07:30–14:30
* Late: 14:00–21:30
* Night: 21:30–07:30
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting residents with personal care, dressing and mobility
* Helping with meals, activities and daily routines
* Encouraging independence while respecting each person’s choices
* Keeping accurate care records and reporting any concerns
* Working with colleagues to provide safe, person-centred care

What you’ll need
* Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar care role
* A caring, dependable approach and strong communication skills
* The right to work in the UK
* Certificates showing you have completed practical manual handling and other required care training before starting
An appropriate DBS check, references and compliance checks will also be required.
