Care Worker

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Care Worker to join a Residential Home on a temporary basis. This is a full-time shift based role.

Key Responsibilities

Care & Support

*

Provide personal care, domestic support, medication assistance and undertake health-related tasks in line with personal care plans.

*

Support service users to maximise independence and engage in social or community activities.

*

Enable individuals to maintain choice and control over their daily lives.

Safety & Wellbeing

*

Observe and report changes in service users’ needs and respond appropriately in emergencies.

*

Liaise with colleagues, families, carers, and external agencies to ensure safe and effective support.

*

Maintain accurate records including Personal Service Plans, logs and reviews.

Essential Experience

*

Experience of caring for others (paid, voluntary, or personal).
