Austin Dean Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to work in Day Care Centres across East London.
This is an agency role, offering casual, flexible work on an as-and-when basis, ideal if you’re looking for weekday hours that fit around other commitments.
You will be supporting adults in a day care setting, providing person-centred care and promoting independence, wellbeing, and inclusion. Service users may include individuals with Autism and/or Learning Difficulties.
ā Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must have:

At least 12 months’ UK experience working in Social Care
*
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
*
Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service preferred)
*
Right to Work in the UK
*
Up-to-date Mandatory Training / Care Certificates
*
A clear understanding of:

Safeguarding principles
*
Autism
*
Learning Difficulties
*
A professional, reliable, and compassionate approach to care
