The Role

As a Care Tutor, you will deliver engaging and compliant training to learners working towards qualifications in health and social care.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering high-quality training sessions (online and/or face-to-face)

* Supporting learners through their qualifications and assessments

* Providing coaching, feedback, and progress reviews

* Ensuring learners are prepared for End-Point Assessment (where applicable)

* Maintaining accurate learner records and documentation

* Embedding safeguarding, Prevent, and British values into delivery

* Supporting learners with additional needs to ensure successful outcomes

Ideal Candidate

* Experience working within Health & Social Care

* A passion for teaching, coaching, or mentoring

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Understanding of apprenticeship or vocational training environments

* Teaching or training qualification (AET or equivalent)

* Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, etc.)
