A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and compassionate Care Team Leader to join the night team within a luxury residential care setting in the heart of Shrewsbury.
Supporting 42 residents, this well-established service provides exceptional person-centred residential care within a warm, welcoming, home-from-home environment. The setting features modern facilities, spacious living areas, beautifully maintained gardens and small household communities, creating a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff.
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the night shift, leading and supporting the care team while delivering the highest standards of care. You will be passionate about promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing, ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate and person-centred support throughout the night.

Responsibilities include:
Leading and supervising the night care team
Delivering high-quality person-centred care
Administering and recording medication safely
Supporting residents with personal care and overnight needs
Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the night shift
Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
Promoting dignity, choice and independence
Ensuring a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents
Building positive relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues
What we're looking for:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a Care Team Leader, Senior Care Assistant or similar leadership role
Medication administration experience
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
A caring, reliable and professional approach
Passion for delivering outstanding residential care
A commitment to providing exceptional person-centred support
