Health & Social Care β Supported Living Care Team Leader
Merton & Sutton Area | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Driver Essential | Immediate Opportunity | Competitive Salary, Dependent on Experience
Comfort Care Services is a leading provider of supported living and specialist care services for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, enduring mental health needs and complex care requirements. We are looking for an experienced, organised and compassionate Health & Social Care Team Leader to take ownership of our care home services across the Merton and Sutton area, leading teams, ensuring compliance, maintaining high-quality environments and delivering outstanding person-centred support to the people in our care.
The opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Team Leader, Supervisor, Deputy Manager or similar professional looking to take the next step in their career. We are also keen to hear from candidates with leadership experience gained within any area of health and social care who can demonstrate strong people management skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
Working closely with senior management, you will take ownership of service delivery, lead and develop care teams, support compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain high standards across our properties and, most importantly, ensure our care home users receive safe, person-centred and compassionate care.
About you
You will be a confident and approachable leader who can motivate teams, manage competing priorities and build positive relationships with care home users, families, professionals and colleagues. You will be knowledgeable about health and social care, safeguarding, quality and compliance, with the organisational skills to keep services running safely and effectively.
You will be proactive, client-focused and solutions-oriented, with a hands-on approach to supporting both staff and care home users. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, as regular travel between services forms part of the role.
What we offer
In return, we offer a competitive salary, 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, a company pension scheme, company laptop and mobile phone, mileage reimbursement for business travel, business car insurance paid where applicable, free parking, ongoing training and development, and genuine opportunities for career progression within a supportive and caring organisation.
