Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and proactive Care Supervisor to join our Milton Keynes team.

The Role

As a Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of care delivered in the community. You will support care staff in the field, carry out spot checks and supervisions, and ensure all care is delivered safely, effectively, and in line with CQC standards.

This is a field-based and office-supported role, requiring regular travel across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Conducting spot checks and supervision visits for care staff in the community

* Supporting and mentoring care workers to maintain high standards of care

* Monitoring care delivery to ensure compliance with CQC regulations

* Carrying out risk assessments and updating care plans where required

* Liaising with service users, families, and care staff to ensure quality service delivery

* Supporting onboarding and training of new care staff

* Ensuring continuity and consistency of care across service users

* Working closely with the Care Coordinator and Management team

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous experience in domiciliary care (essential)

* Experience in a senior care or supervisory role (essential/desirable depending on level)

* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to support, motivate, and guide care staff

* Good organisational and problem-solving abilities

* Confident working independently in the community

* Good IT skills and record-keeping ability

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
