We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing and caring individual who likes a challenge to join our team of experienced Care Managers to lead a small team of Support Workers providing them with line management support and supervision.
To implement and contribute to a Person-Centred Approach through thorough care planning.
To Safely support and promote the independence and choice of individuals within their own homes whilst respecting and encouraging a culture of equality and diversity.
To ensure the People we Support are actively involved within their community whilst keeping them safe from abuse or harm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay scale: £29,000.00 - £31,000.00 per annum
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
Licence/Certification:
* Full UK Driving Licence (required)
Experience:
* 3 years Previous experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities/Challenging Behaviour/Physical Disabilities/Mental Health (required)
* Experience of managing multiple supported living services (highly desirable)
* Supervision and Team Management (preferred)
Work authorisation:
* United Kingdom (required)
Work Location: In person
