Great home care takes more than a care plan that looks good on paper. It needs regular contact, well-supported staff and a manager who turns feedback into action.

Help improve care in people’s homes and support office-based and field-based colleagues to succeed.

The role
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will keep care safe, effective and person-centred through service visits, staff supervision and quality monitoring. You will build trusted relationships with service users, families and professionals, making sure feedback leads to action.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out quality assurance visits, service visits and regular service user reviews.
- Monitoring care delivery and turning findings into practical improvements.
- Completing supervisions and performance reviews for office-based and field-based staff.
- Keeping care plans and risk assessments accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the Registered Manager with compliance and quality monitoring.
- Assisting with investigations, complaints, compliments and incidents.
- Mentoring care staff and supporting training, development and retention.
- Maintaining positive, professional relationships with everyone involved in a person’s care.

What you will bring
You will need an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, domiciliary or home care experience, and experience supervising and supporting care staff.

You must understand care regulations and quality standards, communicate clearly and stay organised. You will manage a varied workload independently, tackle performance conversations constructively and balance an eye for detail with a compassionate approach.

If you spot what needs improving and follow through, this role could be your next move.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

What is on offer
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday ( with flexibility)
- A supportive management team.
- Career progression and development opportunities.
- Ongoing training and professional development.
- Company pension scheme.
- Holiday entitlement.
