Location: Grays, Essex
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + Bonus Package

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Manager to support the home manager to run a well-established residential and nursing care home in Grays, Essex.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people-focused leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care, driving quality standards, and creating a positive environment for residents and colleagues alike.

Nurse qualification is not required. We are looking for an exceptional care manager with a proven track record of successfully managing care within a care home setting and achieving positive regulatory outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide inspirational leadership to the care team.

* Ensure the highest standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered.

* Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.

* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

* Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders.

* Drive continuous improvement and promote a positive culture throughout the service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Previous experience as a Care Manager within a care home setting.

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.

* A proven ability to lead and develop teams.

* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

* A passion for delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for residents.

* Experience managing budgets, occupancy, and operational performance.

* Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or willingness to work towards this) would be advantageous.
