Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

The are looking for a Service/Care Manager to join their Care Home in Leicester.
Role Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in care sector at management level
Level 5 in Leadership and management
Strong CQC & QAF knowledge
Experience in setting up new services
Proficient liaising with outside professionals
A motivated manager with excellent communication skills
Committed to providing high standards of care.
Experience in both residential and supported living services.
Computer skills - competent in using Microsoft Word and the internet
They require an ambitious manager with a wealth of experience in Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Disorder, Complex Behaviours, and Dementia.
