We are recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing care home in the Lymington area.
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and commercially minded leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care while developing and supporting a high-performing team.
The Role
* Lead and develop the home’s staff team.
* Ensure excellent standards of care and full CQC compliance.
* Oversee budgets and the commercial performance of the home.
* Drive occupancy and build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals.
* Promote a culture of kindness, compassion and high-quality care.
* Work closely with the Deputy Manager, Administrator and wider support teams.
About You
* Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation.
* Proven track record of delivering high standards of care.
* Strong leadership and people-management skills.
* Commercially aware, with experience of occupancy and business development.
* Passionate about person-centred care.
* NMC Registered Nurse desirable but not essential.
