Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a high-performing care home and make a genuine impact on residents' lives?

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Care Home Manager (Nursing) to take full responsibility for the leadership, performance and regulatory compliance of one of its nursing homes.
The Role
As Care Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, resident satisfaction and financial performance are achieved. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, creating a positive culture that delivers outstanding outcomes for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and direction to the home's clinical and non-clinical teams.
Ensure the home operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
Maintain exceptional standards of nursing care and resident wellbeing.
Drive occupancy levels and overall business performance.
Manage budgets and financial targets effectively.
Recruit, develop and retain high-performing staff.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain excellent inspection outcomes.
Promote a culture of kindness, dignity, compassion and person-centred care throughout the home.
About You
We're looking for a proven leader who can balance high-quality care delivery with strong operational and commercial performance.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Registered Manager or senior care home leader.
Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration.
Experience managing a nursing home regulated by the CQC.
Strong knowledge of care sector legislation, governance and compliance requirements.
Track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.
Excellent leadership, workforce management and communication skills.
Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy levels.
Passion for delivering outstanding care and resident experiences
