Position: Care Home Manager
Location: Beccles, Suffolk
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + 10% Annual Bonus (DOE)

Responsibilities as a Care Home Manager:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care and support.
* Lead, develop, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and internal policies.
* Manage staffing, budgets, and service performance effectively.
Requirements as a Care Home Manager:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager within a Learning Disability service.
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
* Proven leadership and people management experience.
