We are searching for a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join a leading care home provider based in Leicester. This Deputy Manager opportunity comes with a competitive salary of up to £52,944, excellent training and development pathways, and more excellent benefits.

Duties in this Deputy Manager role include:
Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives
Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, Local Authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies
Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff
Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the homeCriteria to apply:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
Strong leadership skills
Good knowledge / use of clinical care systems and governance
Prior experience in a senior clinical position within a care homeIf you're interested or experienced in roles such as Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse or Lead Nurse, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
