The Role

This is a varied and hands-on role, which includes participating in an on-call rota and delivering care when required to support the service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule care staff to meet client needs
Ensure care visits are delivered efficiently and on time
Maintain accurate records and care plans
Communicate effectively with care staff, clients, and families
Support with onboarding and ongoing support of care workers
Participate in the on-call rota to support out-of-hours service delivery
Deliver care in the community when required to ensure continuity of service
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
