Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive across Crawley, Horsham, and Burgess Hill
- Previous experience in domiciliary care coordination
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Right to work in the UK
