Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage care rotas, ensuring all clients receive timely and consistent support.
* Communicate effectively with care staff, clients, and families to maintain a high standard of service.
* Monitor and update care plans to meet changing client needs.
* Support recruitment, induction, and training of care staff where required.
* Ensure compliance with CQC and company standards.
* Provide occasional on-call support as part of a shared rota.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in a Care Coordinator or similar role within the Domiciliary Care setting.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Confident using care management software and scheduling systems.
* Female driver preferred (for travel between client visits and home assessments).
* A genuine passion for supporting others and delivering high-quality care.
