We are currently seeking an organised, calm, and compassionate Care Co-ordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

The Role

As a Care Co-ordinator, you will play a central role in the day-to-day running of our care service. You will take ownership of coordinating care packages, supporting care staff, and ensuring our clients receive a safe, reliable, and responsive service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinating care rotas to ensure continuity, safety, and quality of care

* Matching carers to clients based on skills, availability, and individual needs

* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, families, and care staff

* Responding calmly and effectively to changes, emergencies, and short-notice cover requirements

* Maintaining accurate care schedules and service records

* Working closely with the wider office team to support compliance and high standards of care

About You

* Previous experience in a care co-ordination or scheduling role (preferred)

* Experience working within health or social care

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions under pressure

* A professional, reliable, and proactive approach

* Confident IT skills, including the use of scheduling or care management systems
