We are looking for reliable, compassionate and experienced Care Assistants to work within care homes, supporting residents with their day-to-day needs and helping them maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Pay Rates

* Weekday Days: £13.00 per hour

* Weekday Nights: £14.00 per hour

* Weekends: £15.00 per hour

Your Role

As a Care Assistant, your duties may include:

* Supporting residents with personal care and daily living

* Providing companionship and emotional support

* Assisting with mobility, meals and hydration

* Supporting residents to maintain their independence

* Following individual care plans

* Maintaining accurate care records

* Working alongside nurses and other care professionals

* Ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion at all times

What We're Looking For

* Previous care or healthcare experience in the UK

* A caring, compassionate and patient approach

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Reliable and professional attitude

* Ability to work a variety of shifts

* Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
