We currently support over 100 service users with a wide range of needs, from older adults requiring day-to-day assistance to individuals living with mental health conditions and learning disabilities who require more specialist support.
We're looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes with tasks such as:
* Personal care
* Medication support
* Meal preparation and assistance with eating
* Shopping and attending appointments
* Companionship and emotional support
* End-of-life care (where appropriate)
Every day is different, but your support will have a meaningful impact on the lives of the people you care for.
Hours & Requirements
We can offer flexible hours and working patterns, including morning, afternoon and evening shifts, although we currently have a particular need for evening availability.
To join our team, you will need:
* A full UK driving licence
* Access to a vehicle
* Availability to work at least one weekend day every other weekend
