The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily lives, helping to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing while delivering high-quality care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care and support to residents
Assisting with daily living activities including washing, dressing, and mobility
Supporting residents with meals and hydration
Building positive relationships with residents and their families
Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns
Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
Promoting a safe, caring, and positive environment at all times

Previous experience within a care setting
A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach
A genuine passion for supporting older people
Willingness to undertake training and development opportunities
