Rotherwood Cares is currently supporting one of our valued clients in the search for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join their established care team.

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
* Supporting residents with mobility and promoting independence wherever possible.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
* Maintaining accurate records of care provided and resident wellbeing.
* Communicating effectively with residents, relatives, and colleagues.
* Promoting a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
* Upholding residents' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.
* Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
* Participating in training and development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
* Has a genuine passion for caring for others.
* Demonstrates compassion, patience, and professionalism.
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Works well as part of a team.
* Is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of residents and the service.
* Can maintain confidentiality and deliver person-centred care.
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
Compliance Requirements
* Enhanced DBS check required.
* Due to the nature of this role, applicants must disclose any convictions or cautions in line with current DBS legislation and filtering rules.
* Ability to accurately complete care records using digital or paper-based systems.
