The Role
Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect.
Follow residents’ individual care plans and support their wellbeing.
Encourage residents to enjoy activities and maintain their independence.
Assist with meals, mobility and everyday tasks.
Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming home.
Work as part of a supportive care team.
About You
A kind, patient and compassionate nature.
Good communication and a positive attitude.
Reliable, flexible and willing to learn.
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
