Path2 Solutions are seeking dedicated and motivated community care assistants to join its clients expanding team based in Sheffield.
Community care assistants are vital to our operation and daily responsibilities will include, visiting clients in their homes and assisting with general care duties, interacting with clients in a professional and friendly manner, assisting with medication requirements and adhering to company policy at all times.

Pay Rates:
£12.75 - £13.25 per hour
Shifts:
Full Time, 7:00am –3:00pm or 3:00pm – 11:00pm.
