Care Assistant
Pay: £15.50 per hour + mileage
Location: Oswestry
We have Two Contracts Currently Available:
* Full-time, 36hrs (Days): 14.00– 22:00 (8 hour shifts) 3x shifts a week
* Part-time, 16hrs (Days Weekend Only): 14.00– 22:00 (8 hour shifts) 2x shifts a week

About the Care Assistant Role
JAM CARE is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to support a client with complex needs in their own home in Oswestry.
You will be supporting an adult with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy, delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a real difference in someone’s life.
Minimum requirement: 6 months’ care experience

Care Assistant Requirements
* Minimum 6 months’ care experience
* Experience working in the community (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Good understanding of care plans and their implementation
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Basic IT skills for care documentation
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* A compassionate, caring, and professional approach
