Path2 Solutions are delighted to be hiring mobile Healthcare Assistants for its client based in Rochester, Kent.
As a health care assistant, you will be a vital part of not only our operation, but the wellbeing and happiness of our clients and your daily duties will include visiting clients in their homes across the area taking part in client daily activities such as basic arts and crafts, manage clinical interventions, assist with any daily care routines, support clients in meaningful activities such as spending time with family and friends or going on community outings.

£16.00 - £21.00 per hour
Shifts:
Breakfast and Lunch calls, 7am – 2pm or
Tea and Bed calls, 4pm to 10pm
Nightshift, 10pm-6am
