Care Assistant 1:1

Workforce Personnel are recruiting experienced and compassionate Care Assistants and Support Workers to provide dedicated one-to-one (1:1) care for an individual client in Dunstable.

We are looking for reliable, caring professionals with at least 1 year's UK care experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing personalised 1:1 care and support

* Assisting with personal care, mobility and daily living activities

* Supporting with medication, meals and hydration

* Providing companionship and emotional support

* Following care plans and safeguarding procedures

* Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns

Essential Requirements

* Minimum 1 year's UK care experience (essential)

* Previous 1:1 care experience desirable

* Compassionate, reliable and professional approach

* Good communication skills and ability to work independently

* Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one

* Willingness to complete mandatory training

* Satisfactory employment references

* Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends

* Available for an immediate start
