Car Technical Sales Advisor

An Award Winning Independent Garage Group is looking for a Technician Sales Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have a good understanding of modern vehicle systems and repair methods.

* Be able to understand diagnostic findings and translate them into clear, customer-friendly explanations.

* Produce accurate repair estimates and confidently discuss repair options with customers.

* Be confident using modern technology, including garage management systems, online repair information, AI tools and Microsoft Office.

* Be organised, process-driven and comfortable working to standard operating procedures.

* Have excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.

* Be able to build trust with customers and confidently convert estimates into authorised work without using high-pressure sales techniques.

This role would suit candidates with the following background/ experience

* Senior Vehicle Technician looking to move off the tool

* Diagnostic Technician.

* Workshop Controller

* Experienced Service Advisor with strong technical knowledge.

* Parts Manager.

* Bodyshop Estimator.

* Automotive Technical Support or Warranty Advisor.

In return an attractive package of £45K-£50K will be offered as well as 5 day working hours with no weekends.
