Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership in Newport, is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead their sales team. Lead, motivate, and support a team of 3 to 4 New Car Sales Executives and a Business Manager
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Champion outstanding customer service, fostering high satisfaction levels and repeat business
Organise and execute sales events and campaigns to generate commercial growth
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate customer data management
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards
Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer engagementRequirements of the Car Sales Manager:
Previous experience at a Sales Manager level within a small to medium-sized franchise-approved dealership is advantageous
Alternatively, proven experience as a Sales Executive or Business Manager seeking career progression
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent customer service and organisational abilities
A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and developing high-performing teams
