We are currently recruiting for a Used Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a prominent car supermarket group based in Stoke, Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional seeking to excel within a high-volume used car operation.
Benefits:
Basic salary of £22,000 plus uncapped commission
Realistic on-target earnings of £48,000+; top performers earning up to £60,000

42.5-hour working week, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays on a rotaDuties of a Car Sales Executive:
Welcome and assist customers through the showroom experience
Understand individual customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from a stock of over 550 vehicles
Arrange test drives and confidently present value-added products
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate vehicle and customer records as a Car Sales Executive
Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a presentable appearanceRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Proven face-to-face sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry or a similar retail environment
Confident, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to succeed
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail with a team-focused approach
Full UK driving licence is essential
